Cancellations & Refunds
- Notification of cancellation and request for refund must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
- The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
- Before 10th Nov 2016: Full refund of prepaid fees except for an administration charge of USD$50.00.
- 10th~20th Nov 2016: 50% refund of registration fee
- After 20th Nov 2016: No Refund.
- All refunds will be processed after the event.
