The Left Main & Coronary Bifurcation Summit (CBS) was founded in 2006 as a think tank dedicated to the treatment of left main and coronary bifurcation lesions. CBS is organized by the Asian Bifurcation Club (ABC). It aims to improve patients' care by freshly fundamental researches, clinical trials, consortium or yearly published guidelines, emerged ideas and dedicated case-based discussion.

The first summit of 2006 was held in historic city，Nanjing, China, involving coronary bifurcation lesions.At subsequent meetings of CBS, several "watches"were present to keep track of all kinds of coronary bifurcation lesions including challenging coronary left main.Outstanding experts were invited to share their techniques, ideas and recommendation which really contributed to the full successful meeting, just as important more and more patients benefited from experiences of all participants. The previous CBS were great success and far meaningful.
