Before 1 Nov 2012: Full refund of prepaid fees except for an administration charge of USD$50.00. |

1~ 15 Nov 2012: 50% refund of registration fee. |
|
After 15 Nov 2012: No Refund. |
|
All refunds will be processed after the event. |
